Veeva CRM is the original legacy product, which ran on Force.com. Vault CRM is Veeva’s next-generation CRM, built on Veeva’s proprietary Vault platform, and is now the default platform for new customers. If you are still using Veeva CRM, migrate to Vault CRM, or an alternative platform, will be necessary before Veeva discontinues support for the legacy services.

Yes. Veeva has named Conexus an official Vault CRM Migration Partner, which means we received early access, training, and certification for moving companies from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. As a Premier Veeva Partner, our Veeva Services Practice Group plans and runs these migrations from solution assessment through go live.

Many companies have already completed their migration and are now benefiting from Vault CRM features not available in legacy CRM. Organizations that have not yet begun planning should note that Veeva will end support for legacy CRM in late 2029. If you have not begun your journey, you risk both competing for limited migration resources and forgoing the benefits from Veeva’s three-times-per-year Vault CRM enhancements.

Some will, but not all. Standard data and objects usually move with Veeva’s migration tools, but custom code, complex integrations, and third-party add-ons often need to be rebuilt or reconfigured in Vault CRM. We assess what you have, decide what to carry over, or retire, and assist your partners with integration work so nothing critical breaks.

We support all four Veeva Clouds. That includes Commercial (CRM, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, MyInsights), Development (PromoMats, MedComms, eTMF, CTMS, submissions), Data (OpenData, Network, Link Key People, Compass), and Quality (QMS, Quality Docs, training, validation management). If you run it on Veeva, our team can support it.

Managed Veeva Services involves the ongoing operations and maintenance of your Veeva tech stack on our part including enhancements, release management, help desk, and data stewardship. For small and mid-sized companies, that gives you access to certified Veeva specialists without the cost of maintaining a full in-house team.
